🐺Hugofox – Keep it foxy!🐺

If you are looking for unique country baby wear look no further then Hugofox. Based in bath, hugofox is Owned and run by Chelsea ballinger super mum to gorgeous Hugo and new baby phoebe. Online I follow a number of amazing mums Running a business and raising children which is so inspiring to me mumtrepreneur is my new favourite word.

Chelsea first started making these unique pieces for baby Hugo being frustrated at the slim pickings that were on offer for baby clothing. Almost instantly friends and family were asking if she could also make items for them and Hugofox was born!

I first came across this fabulous brand whist also searching and failing miserably to find any country style apparel for my youngest son William.  I know I’m not alone with being so tired of the boring and ‘boyish’ designs that seem to take over the baby sections and after trawling the high street with no joy, as always I turned to the internet, Instagram and the hashtag #pheasant to the rescue! As many of you know I’m a self confessed pheasant and fox hoarder so upon discovering Hugofox and a gorgeous little game bird print sunhat it was love at first sight.

At Hugofox you can expect beautiful country fabrics and gorgeous designs in abundunce. Pheasant, hares and otters to name a few along with gorgeous romper designs, shorts, bloomers and bonnets all handmade to order. Any design ideas you have or a particularly favourite fabric you have in mind Chelsea is more then happy to discuss the options offering a truly amazing bespoke service.  (patiently waiting for a lynsey size pair of pheasant dungarees to pop up on my news feed…)

I can honesty say everytime we have been out and about in hugofox William has recived so many complimants as there is simply nothing like these pieces on the market. The appeal for beautiful baby clothes with a countryside twist is a breath of fresh air from clumsy cartoon pigs and uninspiring monster prints.

Practicality for me is a must as hurricane William has no issue putting clothing to the test. With every piece being made to order you never need to worry about quality. Out on the farm William is never ever still either climbing sheep hurdles, crawling through brambles or running around piglets so being comfortable and functional is super important. I can ‘farm assure’ these pieces! They will keep up and survive the outdoors no problem.

My first purchase being a little pheasant sunhat it has been everywhere with us and holds wonderful sentimental value. Even when clothing is out grown to me there is something so personal about hand made pieces that makes me keep them. They take up a special place in my boys memory boxes.

As a massive fan of supporting small businesses it’s so fantastic to see the amazing growth and progression of brands I love. Hugofox is just bursting with wonderful new creations and every time I see a new post I can’t help but get excited for everything this brand has to offer.

As always, thank you so much for reading and thank you to chelsea at Hugofox for the amazing offer. please see links below for more information.

Happy ordering!

  1. Oh they are so cute and I love the photos in the poppy field. There is a sincere lack of country clothing for kids so I love finding new brands and we are big lovers of foxes on clothes (not in real life as they keep stealing my chickens)

    1. So glad you like them I’m a huge fan! I totally agree i was so excited discovering Hugofox 😍 oh that’s terrible, such buggers aren’t they! My horse chased one out the field not so long ago! Thank you for reading x
